Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive the account identifier, name, email address, profile image, and email-verification status made available through Google OAuth. We also store products, maker notes, favorites, and tool-page browsing history associated with your account.
When a visitor follows an outbound product link, we store the product, date, and a pseudonymous deduplication key. The key uses the account ID or visitor cookie where available; otherwise it is derived with a one-way keyed hash from limited connection information. Raw connection information is not stored in the click record. Standard server or CDN logs may temporarily record IP address, browser type, requested URL, referral information, and time for security, reliability, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
Google Analytics may collect pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, approximate location, and engagement events. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy.
Purpose and retention
Account information is used to authenticate users, provide favorites and browsing history, associate submissions with their makers, operate moderation, and protect administrative features. Favorites and browsing history remain until removed by the user or through a verified data request.
Deduplicated outbound click records support the public click ranking and abuse prevention. Submission and moderation records are retained while needed to operate the directory and preserve an accurate review history. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and to improve content, navigation, and reliability. We do not sell personal information or use activity data for behavioral advertising.
Google authentication
Google processes the sign-in flow under its own privacy terms. AI Tool Productivity does not receive your Google password. Authentication tokens and session records are stored only as needed to maintain account access and can be revoked by signing out or removing access from your Google account.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics on all public pages to measure traffic and usage. Google may set analytics cookies and receive page URLs, referral information, device and browser details, approximate location, and engagement events. That processing is governed by Google's privacy policy, and records held by Google may not be deleted solely by a request to us.
You can limit Analytics collection with browser settings, tracking-protection features, or Google's Analytics opt-out tools. Disabling Analytics does not affect account sign-in, favorites, submissions, or the outbound-click ranking.
External links
Tool pages link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices and cookies are controlled by those providers, not by AI Tool Productivity. Review their policies before creating an account or making a purchase.
Cookies
The site uses an essential session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated and protect account actions. A separate first-party visitor cookie stores a random identifier used only to deduplicate outbound product clicks for the click ranking. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies to distinguish visitors and measure sessions. We do not set advertising cookies. Third-party websites reached through external links may set their own cookies.
Data rights and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction concerning personal information. Deleting an account may not remove moderation records that must be retained for security or directory integrity, but they can be de-identified where appropriate.
For privacy questions or requests concerning information you believe we hold, contact [email protected]. We may ask for enough information to verify account ownership without collecting unnecessary identity documents.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the website, hosting, analytics, advertising, or legal requirements change. The last-updated date shown on the page identifies the current version.
